Hi, my name is Tony Caliendo.  I help sales professionals create their financial freedom and become the architects of their dream life.  Nearly 14 years ago, I discovered mindset and thought work through the filed of N.L.P. (Neuro Linguistic Programming). It helped me realize that results are not solely achieved through activities and actions.  Success also takes mindset strategies.

I now know that many sales professionals are not failing due to lack of effort yet, lack of mindset. This is why I speak to Sales Leaders and Sales Professionals and teach them how to reTHINK their approach to goal achievement and increasing their sales proficiencies.   It is not always about doing MORE; it is about the thoughts that allow for actions.
