Tony is one of our founding partners and Master Coach at reTHINK Coaching. His passion for Coaching Entrepreneurs and Professionals that want to excel in business and live, is evident in the work he does. He is a strong Public Speaker and constantly delivers high value to those he presents too.
He originally started coaching Real Estate Agents and Teams. He quickly realized that Sales Professionals and entrepreneurs of all walks of life and business are striving for similar outcomes, a meaningful breakthrough.
He has mastered the art of Mindset Work and combines this work with business strategies. This is truly a powerful combination and is attributed directly to the success of many of his clients.
As a speaker, Tony introduces powerful models that allow sales leaders and sales professionals to optimize their sales results. His presentations have changed the trajectory of those attending and the companies he has worked with.
Coaching and speaking are Tony’s true passions. The impact made in his private coaching practice, group coaching programs and on stage is what fulfills him. His passion shows in his delivery and commitment to those that partner with him.
He has written numerous coaching programs, workshops and has a book in the works. He has had the privilege of coaching and leading for well over a decade and will continue to do so.
He resides in New Mexico and California with his Husband Reagan.

Reagan is a Mindset Performance Coach and founding partner of reTHINK Coaching.
Growing up in a Family of Entrepreneurs, Reagan learned the fundamentals of running a successful business firsthand. After graduating from Texas Christian University in 1992 with a degree in Speech communication and Human relations, he worked in the families National Home Fragrance business for a number of years, before launching his own business ventures, which included Entrepreneurship collaborations, Real Estate investments and Consulting. Over the span of his 30-year career he has successfully, established, grown and sold two companies. Over the years, it became his passion to help others achieve their personal and professional goals.
Reagan became interested in Coaching, Training and Keynote Speaking and began developing skills that would allow him to help others though Mindset, Goal Setting and Thought work. Certified through the AIP (Association of Integrative Psychology) Reagan holds his Master Practitioner of NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programing), and other Neuro- based coaching educations.
Reagan has dedicated his work to leaving a mark on the world by helping others be the best version of themselves.

Meet Tom D’Amico, Coach, reTHINK, Master Practitioner of NLP, and MER®
Prior to coaching, Tom started his career within the corporate environment. He was a District Sales Manager, for the NCR Corporation, managing a team of 10 sales professionals within the Western US. Within this position he was responsible for facilitating the education and skill development of his sales professionals. He and his team consistently achieved membership within the elite Century Point Club for top performers. Tom maintained membership within this elite club because of his and his team’s ability to build strong relationships with executive level positions. As part of helping his coaching clients, Tom became a master practitioner of NLP(Nero Linguistic Programming). NLP was developed through observing what works in creating change and excellence. This higher level of education and training has provided Tom with more models, techniques and processes to follow that help bring about change and help his coaching clients get what they want from life and achieve excellence.
After a 24-year career with the NCR Corporation, Tom moved into the real estate industry as a Real Estate Broker. He continued his successful career selling real estate. In the past 12 years, Tom has become an esteemed broker, highly regarded by his clients and professionals in the field. During this time, Tom started coaching for Keller Williams Realty. Keller Williams Realty is the largest real estate franchise by agent count in the world, and one of the largest privately held global residential real estate brokerages. Tom spent 2-1/2 years coaching real estate professionals within the Keller Williams organization helping them exceed both their personal and business goals.
Tom lives in San Diego,CA. He is very involved in the San Diego Community. He has volunteered for Mama's Kitchen, a local non-profit organization, for the past 20 years. He served as the President of the Board of Directors for them. He currently is involved in voluntary work for Hospice Care and Special Olympics.
Meet Mary White, Director and Lead Coach of the Health Coaching division at reTHINK Coaching. Mary obtained her bachelor’s degree in 1988 and worked as a pediatric nurse for many years. After marrying and starting a family, Mary thought she’d stay home and raise her children. Mary’s husband is a surgeon and started a Bariatric/Weight Loss Program. They needed assistance to start the program and he asked Mary to join them as their RN to help the patients before, during and after their surgery. Mary quickly realized that there was not adequate ongoing support for these patients and designed support groups to help guide these patients on their journey. Mary has been facilitating and coaching for nearly 18 years.
Mary realized that her patients knew the rules to weight loss yet, some of them were beginning to regain weight. Mary obtained her certification in Neuro Linguistic Programing and has incorporated this into her techniques for support. Ultimately, helping her clients identify that even though they had weight loss surgery, they still have old thoughts, behaviors and programming that allowed them to return to “old” eating habits. It is this “getting to the root cause” that is making a big difference in allowing people to get back on track and achieving success.
Mary is joining reTHINK Coaching and bringing her experience and knowledge in the weight loss management field, offering a different level of coaching for those people that have had weight loss surgery, that are looking for permanent change, and ultimately, success.

John contributes extensive expertise to reTHINK’s Sales and Operations Division. As a visionary leader, he consistently drives reTHINK towards progressive growth. His enthusiasm for guiding our sales team and operations division is evident.
With a solid background in education, training, and development, John plays a critical role in propelling our coaching company to new heights. He introduces a fresh perspective to our sales processes and contracts, collaborating closely with our sales team to engage and secure clients, including C-Suite executives, entrepreneurs, and business owners.
John’s innovative approach not only enhances client relationships but also fosters a culture of continuous improvement within the team. He is dedicated to mentoring his colleagues, sharing best practices, and implementing strategies that enhance overall efficiency. Through his leadership, John inspires the sales team to exceed targets and embrace a solutions-oriented mindset, ensuring that reTHINK remains at the forefront of the industry.
Valerie started her education at Metropolitan State University in Denver earning a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Management, with emphasis in Human Resources. She initiated her career in Human Resources within the financial/banking
industry before starting a family in Colorado.
It wasn’t long after staying at home with her first born, that she realized she wanted to dedicate herself to helping others and found the opportunity to become a certified victim advocate and crisis responder. Her expertise was recognized at a high level and she was asked to deploy and serve in the aftermath of 9/11 in New York City. As a first responder, Valerie provided crisis intervention directly to Law Enforcement, Fire, and EMT services during their traumatic search for the lost at ground zero. She helped bring
a voice to the silent and forgotten.
After years of raising a family and serving as a volunteer advocate, she relocated to RI to launch her career in real estate in 2009. It didn’t take long to climb her way to the top 20% of producers in the New England Region as well as serve on the Agent Leadership
Council for 7+ years at Keller Williams Realty. During her ascent to the top, she obtained additional real estate licenses in CT, CO, and CA and became certified in commercial real estate. While practicing as an agent, Valerie had the joy of not only helping her clients, but also her fellow agents as a productivity coach/mentor. Her desire
to lead and mentor, paved the way to a leadership position of Team Leader for the largest real estate franchise. As Team Leader, she provided group and one on one coaching to the top 20% in an office of 250+ real estate agents.
Janet studied real estate at Memphis State University successfully venturing into commercial and industrial real estate sales while overcoming the challenges of being one of a very select few female professionals in the industry.
Janet and her family were transferred to Hong Kong where she was hired by the Chinese property development and management firm, Sun Hung Kai, to oversee and manage a 338-unit development and construction project from ground floor to completion.
After her 5-year contract concluded, Janet and her family returned to the states where she decided to go into business for herself as a residential real estate professional. After thirty-six years in the industry, earning broker licenses in seven states and the respect and friendship of hundreds of gratified clients on both sides of the real estate transaction, she and her husband Don are taking Janet’s knowledge and experience to the next level, establishing a team of dedicated and passionate realtors in both Southern California and Kauai where Janet currently holds active broker licenses. Janet was a mentor with eXp realty for 3 years where she coached over 20 agents to have a successful career. She still maintains those relationships today.
Taking her skillset and extensive real estate experience one step further, Janet realized mentoring/coaching real estate newcomers provides her the ultimate satisfaction, not only seeing the look on a new agent's face when they start earning commission checks, but also knowing she’s contributing to the betterment of the real estate industry one transaction and one professional at a time.
